There is a Free plan instead: no card, no time limit, one site and 100 record writes a month, with everything else the same as the paid plans. That is enough to check a real file from upload to published page before you pay for anything.

It stays on your website. Content Uploader never removes what it published. Your workspace returns to the Free plan, and your configurations and history stay in it. Sites beyond the Free plan’s one stay connected, but you choose which one publishes.

Yes, at any time. An upgrade starts at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period straight away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does the same.

Nothing is charged automatically. The review shows what a run will use before you publish. If it doesn’t fit in what is left of your allowance, upgrade, or publish it when the allowance resets. That is a month after you subscribed, and every month after.

No. Prices are in euros, without VAT. VAT is added to your invoices at your country’s rate where the law requires it, and the payment page shows the total, with VAT, before you pay. If you are a business in another EU country and give a VAT number that VIES, the EU’s VAT number service, confirms, your invoices carry no VAT: the reverse charge applies. You give your billing details before your first payment.

Anyone who publishes structured content to websites and online stores: businesses, agencies and other professionals, and private persons with sites of their own. If you buy as a private person, you have the rights that consumer law gives you, including 14 days to withdraw from a paid subscription for a full refund, even if you have used it.

Yes. As the owner you invite people by email and choose which of your sites each of them may use, so different people can look after different sites. Only owners connect sites, change the plan or invite others. How many people a workspace has room for depends on the plan: 1 on the Free plan (just you), 3 on the Small plan, 10 on the Medium plan and 30 on the Large plan. That counts you, the people who joined and the invitations still waiting to be accepted. If a downgrade leaves you with more people than the new plan has room for, nobody is removed, but you can’t invite anyone until you are under the limit.

Payments are handled by Stripe, on Stripe’s own pages. Your payment details never reach Content Uploader, and we never store them. You get an invoice for every payment.

Paid plans include email support, answered by the developer who builds and maintains Content Uploader: the person best placed to give you an accurate answer. It covers using the service and its connectors, problems you run into, and questions about your plan and invoices. The support policy has the details. The Free plan comes with the documentation and public forums.

Fees aren’t refundable, including for partly used periods, unless the Terms or the law say otherwise. The Free plan lets you check everything before you pay.
