Can I fill custom fields?
Yes. On WordPress any custom field stored as post meta can be filled by name; on Joomla the fields defined under Content → Fields. An empty cell removes the value.

Yes. In the editor's Custom fields section you choose a field the site lists, or type a name. On WordPress a custom field is a post meta key: the ones the site registers are offered, and any other unprotected key can be filled by its name. On Joomla the fields defined under Content → Fields that apply to the article, of every type Joomla brings and of Advanced Custom Fields (the free version): fields with several values, subforms and image fields included (Joomla custom fields).
Each custom field is mapped like any other: from a column, a fixed value or a template, or Keep existing on updates. An empty cell removes the value from the item.
See custom fields and the empty cells rules.
