Yes. Your account, workspace and content data is stored in the European Union: the servers and databases are hosted in the EU, and uploaded files and encrypted backups are stored with Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany. Payments are handled by Stripe, which sees your payment details; Content Uploader never does.
The privacy policy is the binding text: it names the service providers and what each does, explains the safeguards, and says how long each kind of data is kept. What Content Uploader keeps summarises the periods: uploaded files 30 days, run history 12 months.
Content that you publish lives on your own sites, wherever you host them.
