The same few words are used everywhere in the app, and always mean the same thing. This page lists them by where they appear.

An upload (the Uploads list and the file's page)#

Label Means
Reading file The file is being read.
Needs mapping Columns the configuration uses are missing, or the file was never checked with a configuration.
Checking Rows are being prepared and compared.
Ready for review Waiting for you to read the review and publish.
Publishing Approved; items are being sent.
Done Finished: published, or nothing needed publishing.
Needs attention The file could not be processed.
Published automatically A note under the status: nobody pressed Publish; nothing needed review.

A row in the review (the tiles)#

Tile Means
New Not published before; will be created.
Updated Published before and different now; will be changed in place.
Unchanged Already as the file says; nothing is sent and nothing is counted.
Errors The row has a problem and will be skipped (row errors).
Skipped The item cannot be written now: trash, being edited, and so on (skipped items).

A publishing result (the Sites page)#

Label Colour Means
queued grey Waiting for its turn.
sending blue On its way to your site.
succeeded · created / updated / recreated green It is on your site.
succeeded with a warning amber Written, but an image was left out.
failed red Not written; see the reason and Retry safely.

The finished file's heading says Published (all went well) or Published with errors (some failed).

A site's connection (the Sites page)#

Label Means
connected The site answers and its access is valid.
reconnect required The site rejected Content Uploader's access; reconnect from the plugin or extension.
access ended The access key passed its 90 days; renew it.
disconnected The site was disconnected.
paused by your plan Connected, but not one of the plan's active sites: it cannot publish.

A configuration card (the Dashboard)#

The line under the drop area says when the last file was uploaded and what became of it: Last: 13 Oct 2026 · 9 changes waiting for review (blue), … · 1 published or … · already up to date (green), or the upload's status, such as Needs mapping (amber). The colours are the same everywhere: green for done, blue for waiting for you or working, amber for something to look at, red for a failure, grey for neutral.

The sidebar#

A number beside Uploads counts files that need you (ready for review, needs mapping, needs attention); a number beside Sites counts failed results and sites whose access has ended or ends soon. Both count only what you can reach (the dashboard tour).
