Can I get a refund?
Fees are non-refundable, with two main exceptions: a private person may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund, and some term changes allow prepaid fees back.

As a rule, fees are not refunded, including for a partly used billing period or a downgrade. The Terms of Service list the exceptions. The two you are most likely to meet:
- A private person (a consumer) can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days without giving a reason, even if the service was used. Everything paid is refunded, VAT included, within 14 days at the latest. The Withdraw from contract button is on the Billing page (how withdrawal works).
- A change to the terms that is to your disadvantage: you can end the contract free of charge until 30 days after it takes effect, and prepaid fees for the rest of the period are refunded.
You can cancel at any time; the plan then ends at the end of the period you paid for.
