In the app, only the people in a workspace can open its data, and a team member only what belongs to the sites an owner gave them (their configurations, uploads, results and emails). Important actions are recorded in the workspace's activity history.
Your uploaded files are kept in private storage, separated by workspace, and are never publicly accessible. Images are handed to your site through short-lived links of 15 minutes. Your spreadsheets and the content made from them belong to you; they are processed only to prepare and publish them where you choose.
Security and data handling and the privacy policy have the details.
