Can two people work in one workspace?
Yes. An owner invites people by email and chooses which sites each can use. Team members work on those sites; connecting sites, billing and invitations stay with owners.

Yes. An owner invites a colleague by email from the Team page and ticks the sites that person may use, so different people can work on different sites. A team member sees only those sites and what belongs to them.
The number of places depends on the plan (1 on the Free plan, 3 on the Small plan, 10 on the Medium plan and 30 on the Large plan), counting the owner and open invitations. Connecting and disconnecting sites, billing, inviting people and the data export are for owners.
See team members for the full list of what each can do.
