The original file and any ZIP of images you uploaded are deleted automatically 30 days after the upload; the run page then says Original file removed after 30 days. The rows read from the file and the log of the run are kept 12 months, so you can review past runs. A short record of each run, with its counts and results, stays.
What was last published to each item stays, because the next upload is compared with it.
When a workspace is deleted, because its last member left or because nobody used a Free workspace for 12 months, everything in it is erased 30 days later (a deleted workspace).
Everything is listed in what Content Uploader keeps.
